A business strategist, turnaround advisor, mediator, and methodology creator, Kevin founded Strategic Convergence International, LLC in 2006 and today leads SCI Business Group and Total Synergy 360.

During more than 20 years in practice, Kevin has completed over 800 consulting engagements involving organizations collectively representing more than $180 million in annual revenue. Approximately 40% of his practice has focused on turnarounds, distressed operators, and businesses experiencing serious operational or financial pressure.

Kevin’s greatest industry concentration is healthcare and senior care. His experience includes hospice, residential care facilities for the elderly, skilled nursing, dental practices, cosmetic surgery, and sober-living operations. He is a Certified Hospice Administrator and earned his Certificate in Hospice Administration from the California Association for Health Services at Home in 2018.

His broader consulting experience encompasses law, real estate, private equity, retail, education, cannabis licensing, and franchising. His work has included operational turnarounds, revenue recovery, organizational restructuring, IRS and SBA default resolution, compliance improvement, sale preparation, and recapitalization support.

Kevin spent more than two decades developing Total Synergy 360, a proprietary eight-week Profit Maximization Audit that examines three interconnected areas of business performance:
