GeoSynergetics:

A new model for ethics based on Choice & Dignity

An ethics of business leadership built on two principles: choice and dignity.

Geo is global — acting ethically doesn't stop at a border, an industry, or a balance sheet. Synergetics is what holds: no business, organization, or family is sustainable on an unethical model. The old test asked whether you'd be comfortable reading about your decision on the front page, but that measures how it looks to an audience. This one asks about the person. Was their choice respected? Was their dignity honored? If either answer is no, the decision isn't whole — however legal it was, however well it performed.

This did not come from theory. Over twenty years of pro bono mediation and work inside regulated industries — hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living, healthcare, housing, family law — Kevin watched the same injustice repeat against the people least able to object: at-risk children, the elderly, and patients. Different rooms, one pattern. Someone's choice was taken, or their dignity was, or both. The two words arrived on 11 November 2021, on Native American sacred land, from two trees.

Upcoming in this work: The Book. The Podcast. The International Tribunal for Business and Bioethics — AI-assisted, built to answer one question about any case brought to it: was this party's choice violated, their dignity, or both?
